The short version

Your forwarded emails are processed automatically to build your digest. They are never shared, never sold, and you can delete everything whenever you like.

What we collect

Waitlist: just your email address, used only to tell you when TermTime opens.

When the product is live: the school emails and newsletters you choose to forward to your personal TermTime address. You decide what to send us. Nothing is taken from your inbox automatically.

How your emails are used

Forwarded emails are processed automatically to extract dates, events, deadlines and payment requests, which are used only to build your Sunday digest, your heads-up alerts and your calendar entries. No human reads your emails as part of normal operation, and their content is never used for advertising or sold to anyone.

Children's data

TermTime is a tool for parents and doesn't ask for any information about your children. School emails you forward may mention pupils; that content is used solely to build your digest, as described above.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Deletion

You can ask for everything we hold about you, from your waitlist entry to forwarded emails and extracted events, to be deleted at any time. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll confirm once it's done.
